I’m Victoria Jones, a researcher, facilitator and educator based in North East England. My background spans academic research, writing, organisational development, adult education, libraries, and inclusion.
Northern Words is my home to bring together my research, facilitation, learning, and other work that explores interesting questions.

Northern Words is the home for different strands of my work - currently, research, facilitation, and teaching. Ultimately, it will also encompass writing and community building - retreats and gatherings for learning, thinking and connecting.

Redesigned leadership learning to make it more intentional, inclusive and efficient, while reducing facilitation time.
Led and shaped inclusion work across a global organisation
Neurodiversity leadership, ERG coordination, inclusive learning, DEI workshops, disability awareness, cross-ERG collaboration, and work to strengthen the business case for inclusion.
Led the redesign of support team onboarding
Audited the existing programme, rebuilt the learning structure and introduced new processes that were rated as exceeding expectations.
Founded and ran a digital inclusion social enterprise
