I’m Victoria Jones, a researcher, facilitator and educator based in North East England. My background spans academic research, writing, organisational development, adult education, libraries, and inclusion.

I love digging deep into things to understand them - bringing together evidence and different perspectives to explore interesting questions. I love investigating complex things that help people.

Designed and delivered leadership development at scale

Ran five Emerging Leads cohorts at a global company, alongside leadership coaching and programme development.

Built communities of practice for project and team leads

Redesigned leadership learning to make it more intentional, inclusive and efficient, while reducing facilitation time.

Led and shaped inclusion work across a global organisation

Neurodiversity leadership, ERG coordination, inclusive learning, DEI workshops, disability awareness, cross-ERG collaboration, and work to strengthen the business case for inclusion.

Led the redesign of support team onboarding

Audited the existing programme, rebuilt the learning structure and introduced new processes that were rated as exceeding expectations.

Founded and ran a digital inclusion social enterprise

Generated £20K turnover in its first year and delivered funded digital skills work with Good Things Foundation and local library services
